If you are not fully satisfied with your GroupApp subscription, feel free to cancel it. Based on your subscription type, you may qualify for a refund within a 30-day period. Kindly refer to our updated refund and cancellation policy below.
Monthly Subscriptions:
If you cancel your monthly GroupApp Basic, Pro, or Pro Plus, Premium subscription within the first 30 days of its purchase, you are entitled to a full refund upon request.
This policy is applicable to new paid subscriptions and when upgrading from the free plan to any paid subscription level. If transitioning from the Basic level to the Pro or Pro Plus or Premium, a refund is available only if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the original purchase of the Standard subscription, and a request is made.
Yearly Subscriptions:
For those who opt for yearly GroupApp subscriptions - be it Basic, Pro, or Pro Plus, Premium - a cancellation within the first 30 days from the purchase will guarantee a full refund upon request.
Similar to the monthly subscription policy, this applies to newly paid subscriptions and upgrades from the free plan to a paid subscription level. A refund for moving from the Basic to Pro or Pro Plus, or Premium level is also assured, provided cancellation and a request for refund are made within 30 days of the original Standard subscription purchase.
Notes:
Refunds will only be issued to the payment method used to purchase the subscription. It may take up to 14 business days for your refund to process via Stripe and appear on your credit card statement.
