# How to Manage and Disconnect Authorized AI Applications

Learn how to review and update permissions for connected AI tools and other integrations, or revoke their access to your GroupApp account.

You can manage all your connected tools from the Authorized AI Applications section in your GroupApp Admin Panel. From here, you can review the permissions granted to each tool, change their access, or disconnect them entirely.

## Manage Permissions for Connected Applications

Follow these steps to review or update an application's permissions:

1) Go to your Admin Panel. Click Settings & Data at the bottom of the left-hand menu.

2) Select Integrations.

3) Open the Authorized Applications tab. Here, you'll see all your connected tools, including AI tools.

4) Find the application you want to manage and click its three-dot menu.

5) Select Edit Permissions. A pop-up will display all the permissions granted to that application.

6) Use the toggles to enable or disable individual permissions.

7) Click Save to apply your changes.

## Revoke Access to an Application

You can revoke an application's access to your GroupApp account at any time.

1) Find the application you want to disconnect and click its three-dot menu. Select Revoke.

2) A confirmation pop-up will appear. Confirm to revoke the application's access.

Note: You can also disconnect and remove the GroupApp connection directly from the AI tool or application you're using. This is often the quickest way to disconnect.
