These controls let you step in when a learner is stuck, needs a reset, or requires access beyond the course rules. You can adjust progress, remove restrictions, or reset parts of the course so they can continue without disruption.
1) Go to the particular course’s Editor through the Admin Panel.
2) Click on the Enrolments tab to view all the enrolled learners.
3) Click on a learner’s profile to open the learner dashboard.
4) Click the three-dot icon on the top right
5) You’ll see all available options for managing that learner.
Here are all the available options:
1) Grant Full Course Access
Gives the learner unrestricted access across the entire course. This overrides all lesson-level conditions, allowing them to access locked content, skip video watch requirements, submit assignments without limits, and move forward without completing required steps. This is useful when a learner needs to bypass restrictions and continue without being blocked.
2) Mark Lessons Complete / Incomplete
These are two separate actions that let you manually control lesson progress. You can mark a lesson as complete if the learner has already covered the material outside the platform, or set it back to incomplete if they need to revisit and complete it again.
3) Reset Assignments
Clears all assignment submissions for the learner. Once reset, they will need to complete and resubmit all required assignments again, as their previous submissions and progress will be removed.
4) Reset Course Progress
Resets the learner’s entire course progress. This means all completed lessons, assignments, and progress tracking will be cleared, and the learner will need to go through the course again from the beginning in the intended sequence.
5) Reset Quizzes
Removes all quiz attempts and results, allowing the learner to retake quizzes from scratch. This is useful when a learner needs another attempt or when quiz progress needs to be reset.
6) Expire Enrolment
Removes the learner’s access to the course. They will no longer be able to view or interact with course content once their enrolment is expired.
7) Reactivate Enrolment
Restores course access for a learner whose enrolment has been expired. Once reactivated, they can continue the course based on their previous progress.
These options give you full control over how learners move through your course, helping you support them, correct progress, and manage access when needed.
