How to Edit Members Profile

Learn how to access and modify member profile information from the community admin panel, including basic details and custom fields.

This guide explains how to edit a member's profile as a community administrator.

  1. Navigate to your community admin panel

  2. Select the "People" from the admin menu

  3. Locate the member whose profile you want to edit by either:

    • Using the search function

    • Browsing the member list

  4. Click on the member's name to access their record

  5. On the member record page, click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to their name

  6. Select "Edit profile" from the menu

Editable Profile Fields

In the profile editor, you can modify the following information:

  • Full name

  • Headline

  • Phone number

  • Country

  • Time zone

  • Job title

  • Custom fields (if configured)

Note: The available fields may vary based on your community's configuration.
