Your community’s branding helps create a recognizable and professional experience for your members. GroupApp enables you to customize your community’s look and feel by selecting or creating a theme that aligns with your brand. This guide shows you how to set up and manage your community branding and theme.
Step 1: Click on the Admin Panel button.
Step 2: Click on Appearance in the side menu and select Branding.
Step 3: You can upload images to be used as a logo, cover image, and favicon.

Step 4: You can customize your community theme by choosing from preset themes. This preset color will be applied to Icons, Buttons, Notifications, and Sidebar elements.
Step 5: You can also create your own custom theme. You can enter the HEX code of your brand color into the color creator, and also pick the font color to go with it. Click on the Pencil Icon to enter the HEX color code and also adjust the opacity.
Step 6: Select colors for the following in the same way:
Side Bar
Notifications Icon
Selected Side Bar Items
Step 7: You can toggle on the following options:
Side Bar Gradient: When toggled on, this blends your brand color and side bar color to create a gradient for the side bar and the top bar.
Dark Side Bar: When toggled on, this turns the side bar into a darker shade of your brand color.
Step 7: Click the Save button to apply the changes.
