Disabling reactions and comments can be applied to:
Channel
Course discussion page
Library content discussion page
Event discussion page
Step 1: Go to the Admin Panel, click Channels, and locate the channel you want to disable reactions and comments.
Step 2: Scroll down to the Settings section and toggle on ‘Disable Comments and Reactions’.
Step 3: Click the Save Channel button to save the changes.
Step 1: Find the course on the course list.
Step 2: Click the Settings tab.
Step 3: Scroll down to the Settings section and toggle on 'Disable Comments and Reactions'.
Step 4: Click the Save button to save the changes.
Step 1: Find the content on the library content list.
Step 2: Scroll down to the Add PDFs/Embeds/Audio/Articles/Videos section.
Step 3: Click the 3-dot menu, and click the 'Disable Comments' option.
Step 4: Click the Save button to save the changes.
Step 1: Locate the event on the events list.
Step 2: Click the three-dot icon and select Edit Event.
Step 3: Scroll down to the Settings section and toggle on 'Disable Comments & Reactions'.
Step 4: Click the Save button to apply the changes.
