Step 1: Go to the post you want to disable comments on and click the three-dot icon on the right.
Step 2: Select the Close Commenting option.
Step 3: To enable commenting, click again on the post's three-dot icon and click the Open Commenting option.
Disabling comments on a post can also be applied to posts created in:
Channels
Course discussion pages
Library content discussion pages
Event discussion pages
