Featuring a post highlights important content, making it easy for members to find. Featured posts appear in a dedicated block on the right side of the channel, making them more visible than regular posts. You can use featured posts to highlight announcements, key resources, or ongoing discussions.
Step 1: Go to the channel you want to add a featured post to.
Step 2: Locate the post and click the three-dot icon.
Step 3: Select the Feature this Post option.
Step 4: To remove a post from the Featured Posts, click the three-dot icon of the post and click the Remove Featured Post option.
Or you can go to the post directly, click the 3-dot icon of the post, and click the Remove Featured Post option.
Note: You can feature up to 5 posts in a channel.
