Adding GroupApp to your phone’s home screen creates a shortcut with your community’s logo and name, just like a regular app. This lets you open your community with one tap without typing the URL every time.
iPhone Home Icon Set up
Step 1: Visit your community inside of Safari web browser and open the share/export menu.
Step 2: Click Add to Home Screen.
Step 3: Update the name to something memorable and click Add.
Step 4: You can now access your online community on GroupApp directly from your iPhone's home screen.
Android Home Icon Set Up
Step 1: Launch the Chrome app.
Step 2: Open the community web page you want to pin to your home screen.
Step 3: Tap the menu icon (3 dots in the upper right-hand corner) and tap Add to the home screen.
Step 4: You’ll be able to enter a name for the shortcut, and then Chrome will add it to your home screen.
